Determine first (checking the log) if it really is not being scanned (perhaps
due to some unusual Postfix setup), or is it just that spam-related headers
are not inserted by amavisd-new, the most likely cause of which is that the
recipient domain of these recipients is not listed in local_domains lookup
tables.
