Not that I would know. I did several benchmarks a year or more ago,
playing with Postfix / dual-sendmail / sendmail-milter setups.
I found that the most crucial tuning factor is to find the
near-optimum number of child processes for ones' setup,
and not to use a command-line virus scanner. Unfortunately
I never found the time to wrap up the results and publish them.
