According to your previous mail, you had:
@bypass_header_checks_acl = (1);
which means: bypass the check for mail to users@1
(there is no such domain '1', so it never matches),
and not to bypass the checks for everybody else.

You need 3.0.1. There were problems with 3.0 when called from amavisd-new.
