AFAIK versions greater that 20031616-p10 can use
$banned_quarantine_to = "address\@somedomain.tld";
(see amavisd.conf-sample)

20030616-p10 and earlier versions used $virus_quarantine_to
which meant that both viruses and banned files are treated
similarly and would up in the same place (if configured).
