Mark, I'm not sure I understand what you are saying here. This server was
setup last weekend and is a fresh install of Fedora Core 3, which installed
perl 5.8.5 by default, so it's the only perl version that has ever been
installed on this system. All perl modules were either installed via CPAN
or downloaded and compiled locally. As for MIME::Decoder, it was installed
via CPAN.
