Hmm, same author of MIME-tools, possibly just adding features.

FWIW (not much BTW), I personally think 2.2.1-rc1 would be fine with the
'SECURITY PROBLEM' patch applied and some updated documentation
reflecting the need to install Convert::BinHex. In other words,
I wonder if it is necessary to work around the problem by making
 "MIME/Decoder/BinHex.pm " optional.
