Depending on your path and amavisd-new user, try something like:

cd /usr/sbin
wget http://www.deepnet.cx/~kdeugau/spamtools/trim_whitelist
chmod +x /usr/sbin/trim_whitelist

List our SpamAssassin directory:
ls -l /var/amavis/.spamassassin

(First modify the program if needed, then:) Run the program in order to test it:
su amavis -c '/usr/sbin/trim_whitelist'

List our SpamAssassin directory again:
ls -l /var/amavis/.spamassassin

This program gets rid of all the "one hit" entries. Obviously
the instructions are more explicit than you need.
