Hi Shahid,
Amavisd doesn't allow Spamassassin to rewrite any portion of the
message. Instead, Amavisd reads the Spamassassin results and rewrites
the message itself. You need to configure amavis for any message
rewriting rules, but you need to configure spamassassin (local.cf) to
customize the spamassassin scanning and scoring rules.
This is talked about somewhere on the amavisd-new website. I can't
recall where at the moment.
