Can you connect on that port with telnet (telnet 127.0.0.1 10025)?
Perhaps amavisd is running but postfix dies with segfault or else?
Do you have errors in your postfix log before?

You've changed the ip from your server... perhaps you've forgot a
setting in postfix main.cf?
