This depends ...

Is eastlink.ca your provider??
If yes read on.

What do they tell you to use as SMTP relay server??
If it is 24.222.0.20 this is okay.

Are you allowed to make SMTP connections to the world??
If not, you should loose the transport map and set "relayhost = 24.222.0.20"
