The System Query section is primarily used for debugging your IAMS Access Lists rule set. You can enter a URL and an (optional) username, click the Issue Query button, and the WebTool will tell you whether or not the request would be rejected or allowed.
If you do not enter a username or the username is not found, then it will be assumed that the request is for a user on the Internet list.
