Here you can control access to the server based on the recipient address
in the mail. The server can deny relay access based on the recipient
address in the mail.
All Recipient Address Access Controls are listed in this section.
In the example, all mail to the email address user@domain.com
will be denied access to the server.
To create a new Recipient Address Access Control, click New
Recipient Address Access Control.
- Recipient Address
- The recipient address to be blocked. Acceptable
sender definitions are in the format user@domain.com, @domain.com
and user@.
- user@domain Blocks the address user@domain only.
- @domain Blocks all recipients in the domain domain.com.
- user@ Blocks all recipients with the name user.
- Action
- Action to be taken by for mail matching the recipient address
above. The only option is to reject the message.
To edit a Recipient Address Access Control, click Edit.
