Adding the Static Route

  1. From the Routing and Remote Access menu choose IP Routing.

  2. The menu tree will unfold with more options. Choose Static Routes.

  3. From the menu tool-bar choose Action and then New Static Route.

  4. Configure the Static Route for the network behind the Guardian Digital VPN server.

    Interface
    Choose the interface that will be used to communicate with the Guardian Digital VPN Server.
    Destination
    Enter the Network Address of the network behind the Guardian Digital VPN Server.
    Network Mask
    Enter the Network Mask of the network behind the Guardian Digital VPN Server.
    Gateway
    Enter the IP Address of the Guardian Digital VPN Server
    Metric
    Leave the set to the default
  5. When all the entries have been filled select OK.

  6. The new Static Route will appear in the Routing and Remote Access window and is now active.
