The ToDo module allows users to list goals for themselves and others that are to be done. The ToDo messages can be configured on a per-user basis to be displayed in the Overview module so users can see their ToDos immediately upon logging into the system.
From the main Todo screen there will be two lists, one containing your todos and the other with todo delegated to other users.
To create a new ToDo item select New from the upper left. Fill out all the fields appropriately. Once the item has been created it will appear on the main ToDo menu, as well as in the Overview module for that user.
Each ToDo item listed will have the options to Edit, Delete, or view Details, assuming the user has the proper permissions.
The ToDos can be sorted by category by clicking the column heading. Additionally the search feature can be utilized for locating ToDos more efficiently.
