The WebShare Manager system deligates privileges from its user rights and group rights. Using this functionality the WebShare Manager can be configured to allow certain users or groups of users to access different portions of the WebShare Manager system.
The rights will determine if a user can access a module. If they can, do they have permission to create new items within that module, delete and/or edit items, or delete and/or edit other peoples items.
By properly configuring the user rights and group permissions the WebShare Manager system's features can be fully utilized in any environment.
